If you are interested in eating well balanced meals each day because you want to lose weight,

exercise more or you just want to be healthier, you should consider the types of meals and

snacks found on this page. These are meals and snacks that are practical.

                                           This is NOT a "diet".

 

You do not have to follow these meals on a strict day-by-day schedule.  Print and keep the ones

you like.  Over a period of time, your selection of meals will be large enough that you can have

different meals each day and not have to repeat a meal during the entire month, unless it is one

of your favorite meals.
