The definition of "health" for most people in the United States has been:  "the absence of a degenerative disease".

This is now an outdated definition.  A more modern definition, that provides an opportunity for families to

pursue a REAL Solution to the exploding cost of medial expenses, is our definition of health, which is:

the maintenance of our body's systems and cells in peak working order.

The pursuit of HEALTH is obviously a long-term process.  When you look in the dictionary, you will notice that

the definition of the word "ENDURO" is:  a long race.  Our definition of ENDURO Health is therefore:

a life-long race for long-term health.

We hope the following information is useful to you as you pursue your "life-long race for long-term health".

For the most part, people can improve the quality of their health by improving the quality

of the two Primary Health Factors.  We consider the two Primary Health Factors to be:

(1)  What you do,   - & -  (2)  What you eat  (and drink).

There are other factors that are harder to control such as stress, genetics

and the environment, which we refer to as Additional Health Factors.

Since long-term health is a result of the Primary Health Factors (what we eat and what we do),

ENDURO Health Concepts includes the following Long-term Health Factors:

BALANCED Meals  &  QUALITY Exercise.

There are also two simple habits (Basic Health Habits) that can greatly enhance the

health benefits of Balanced Meals and Quality Exercise, which are:

(1) drinking plenty of water each day;  and

(2) adding a multi-vitamin/mineral supplement to a meal each day.

Most people are both chronically dehydrated, and chronically deficient in many

of the basic micro-nutrients (vitamins & minerals) in their daily meals.  So, when they

begin eating better and exercising more, the results of their efforts are reduced. As you can see,

Basic Health Habits are important to the SUCCESS of your life-long race for long-term health.
